      The right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer limited to the products envisaged by Legislative Decree 206/2005. For products for which the right of withdrawal is not excluded, the purchaser may withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased product. After the expiry of the withdrawal period, the purchaser or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the purchaser shall acquire physical possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by promptly sending a written communication to the registered office of Panozzo S.r.l.(Via del Calendone, 50/H - 23807 MERATE - LC, amministrazione@panozzosrl.com), informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The purchaser may also use the online withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not compulsory. If the product has already been delivered, the consumer who has validly exercised the right of withdrawal is obliged to return it or make it available to Panozzo S.r.l. (at its operational headquarters) or the person designated by the latter within 14 working days from the date on which the purchaser informed the seller of its decision to withdraw from the contract.An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the absolute integrity of the product to be returned and its packaging. The consumer who avails himself of the right of withdrawal shall be required to return the product intact, i.e. complete in all its parts, unused and in its original packaging. The references of the order subject to withdrawal shall be indicated on the goods and on the return documents.Panozzo S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the integrity of the returned goods and to withhold from reimbursement any depreciation, also due to damage to the products due to causes other than transport.The right of withdrawal in favour of the purchaser is in any case excluded in the cases expressly provided for by Art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. The direct costs of returning the goods to the seller shall be borne by the buyer exercising the right of withdrawal under this article. The purchaser exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law shall be reimbursed the sums already paid, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from his possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). These sums shall be refunded without undue delay after verification of the integrity of the returned goods, using the same means of payment used by the buyer for the initial transaction, unless the buyer has expressly agreed otherwise.Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods himself, he may withhold the refund until he has received the goods. Upon receipt of notice by the buyer that the seller is exercising the right of withdrawal, both parties are released from their mutual obligations, subject to the provisions of this article. The purchaser is requested to return the goods or deliver them to the following address without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract: Panozzo S.r.l.
