PIMECSA is a company based in Centelles (Barcelona), founded in 1984, specialising in the design, manufacturing, and commercialisation of industrial agitators and mixers. Our equipment is aimed at highly demanding sectors such as pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, food, cosmetics, and general industry. Over more than four decades, we have accumulated solid experience in the sector, which translates into deep know-how that positions PIMECSA as one of the most reliable and recognised alternatives on the market. Our in-house manufacturing strategy allows us to maintain full control over product quality and service standards, ensuring strict compliance with applicable European directives concerning the design, material selection, manufacturing, inspection, and testing of our equipment. We stand out for the mechanical robustness of our solutions, as well as for our ability to adapt to complex and customised processes. Our team is equipped to tailor each agitator to the specific operating conditions of every client — including pressure, temperature, pH, viscosity, density, and other critical parameters. Additionally, we design and manufacture equipment in compliance with ATEX certification, ensuring suitability for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. We work with a wide range of materials, including special-grade steels, engineering polymers, and specific alloys, and we are able to issue surface roughness certificates to meet the most stringent requirements of industries such as pharmaceutical and food processing. Finally, the PMIX (Plug and Mix) product line has been developed for use with standard drums and tanks, offering a fast, cost-effective, and easy-to-implement solution for all types of installations—without compromising the reliability and quality that define our equipment.

Retours et remboursements
PIMECSA Return Policy
At PIMECSA, we guarantee the quality and performance of our industrial agitators. If a unit does not meet the specifications agreed upon with the client, we offer the following return policy:
1. Return Period:
The customer has 21 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions:
The agitator must be returned in its original condition, without having been installed or used in any production process.
The unit must include its original packaging and all components, accessories, and technical documentation provided.
The original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Products:
Agitators that have been designed, manufactured, or modified according to the customer's customised specifications.
Equipment showing signs of use, improper handling, or damage not reported at the time of delivery.*
4. Return Procedure:
Contact PIMECSA Customer Service at pimec@pimecsa.com or +34 938 813 600 to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number.
The customer will bear the shipping costs of the return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors attributable to PIMECSA.
Upon receipt of the agitator, a technical inspection will be carried out to verify its condition and compliance with the return conditions.
Following the inspection, the unit will either be refunded or replaced, as applicable.
5. Warranty:
This return policy complements the product’s standard warranty, which covers manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
*If a customer receives a product with visible damage upon delivery, they must immediately inform the carrier and record the damage on the delivery or collection note. The customer must also contact PIMECSA within 24 hours of receipt to report the damage and initiate the claims process.
