EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND
TIME FRAME FOR RETURNING AN ITEM
The customer has a legal period of 20 working days to exercise their right of withdrawal starting from the date of receipt of the goods.
solidur.fr also allows its customers to return ordered items within 30 days from the invoice date, provided that the conditions stated in the paragraph below are met.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must be requested through the "My Account" section on the website www.solidur.fr.
Upon receipt of the package, solidur.fr will evaluate the potential defects of the returned merchandise.
If the return is accepted, a store credit equivalent to the invoice value of the returned item will be issued to the customer's account within 15 days.
If the return is refused by the solidur.fr quality department, the products will then be returned to the customer at solidur.fr's expense, without the customer being able to claim any compensation or right to a refund.
