Returns must always be authorized by URIARTE SAFYBOX, S.A. Return requests must be communicated in writing. All returns must meet the following minimum requirements; otherwise, they will not be accepted and will be returned.
1. The delivery note number and/or supply invoice must always be indicated.
2. The items and quantities must exclusively match those listed in the (ID).
3. Material shipments will be made with shipping costs paid by the customer
4. All products must arrive at our warehouse in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, and included in our current price list. That is, they must be suitable for sale.
