Rules on returns and refunds
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract with the company, without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised, within the period specified above, by sending the package by courier to be sent to: Mackma srl – via Volla 58 – Piedimonte San Germano (FR) Italy
Essential condition for the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned and their packaging.
Defective Items
In case the customer thinks or sees that the article can be defective or have problems, he can contact us to the assistance through mail, phone to verify together and to help him with the product.
In case of verification of actual problems of the product, we will agree with the assistance, for the exchange of the same or replacement of certain parts.
The Modalities of Return of the Good, in case of Withdrawal, are:
The Customer must notify by email, phone call, with the mode of transport of the Good;
The Company will respond to the Customer by indicating the type of transport that it considers correct for the protection of the Good;
The Good must be returned in its original packaging with what is contained therein;
The good is considered returned when the carrier returns the good at the headquarters Mackma srl above, in the name and on behalf of the customer who exercises the right of withdrawal.
The transport costs for the return of the goods to the Company are borne by the customer who exercises the right of withdrawal.
The Company reserves the necessary time to check the condition of the good, before refunding the customer the amount paid. If there are the prerequisites, the Company will refund within 30 (thirty) days from the day of receipt of the returned goods.
