You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pro Med Serv UG (limited liability) & Co. KG, Am Sandberg 7, 42799 Leichlingen, Phone: 02175 9739999, Email: info@rampenspezialist.de) with an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may refuse the refund for goods that can be sent by mail until we have received these goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will collect non-mailable goods.
You must return the mail-order goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning mail-order goods. We bear the costs of returning non-mailable goods.
You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Expiration Reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the production is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after the contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations which the business has no influence on;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if these goods have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
