      Right of Withdrawal Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Commercial buyers are excluded from this right. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees due to the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
