Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dönges GmbH & Co. KG, Dönges-Straße 1, 42929 Wermelskirchen, Germany, e-commerce@doenges-online.de, Phone: 021969756190) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, the cost is €75 EUR. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
