Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a withdrawal period of fourteen days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IHT Timme GmbH & Co. KG, Probsthäger Strasse 19-27, 31655 Stadthagen, Germany, verkauf@ihtgruppe.de, Phone: +49 5721 78020) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, these costs amount to EUR 90.00. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
